Inspired by the ideals of International Dance Council, that considers dance as an integral part of human civilization throughout its history but it is less prioritized by official establishments in the world, this time Sudha Society the leading NGO organised the International Dance Day on 29th April 2016 at A1 block South city -II in Gurgaon with plethora of activities.

While quoting from President of the International Dance Council, Gk Bhatnagar President Sudha society said, “In more than half of the 200 countries in the world, dance does not appear in legal texts (for better or for worse!). There are no funds allocated in the state budget to support this art form. There is no such thing as dance education, private or public.

Dance, being a central part of every culture, constitutes the ideal means for bringing together people from different culture .Festivals promote in the most lively manner reciprocal knowledge and respect of diversity; there are hundreds of millions attending international dance festivals each year in the world,”

To extoll the case of the International Dance Council the residents of the South City -II Gurgaon along with students,children and professional participated in dance day to show cultural integrity.

Sh. Gk Bhatnagar President Sudha society , Sh. Pramod Kumar treasurer Sudha Society, Sh. Akash Agarwal Executive member sudha society , And RWA South City -2 office bearers sh. Neeraj Yadav President, ,Sh. K K Singh Secretary, Sh. Pradeep Tyagi joint secretary and B. S. chauhan Jt. Treasurer all attended the Dance Day and Participated in the dance with gusto.

At the outset Sh. Gk Bhatnagar President Sudha Society welcomed the New elected team of RWA South City-II Gurgaon with the Bouquet and expressed his hope that all residents will cooperate the New team of RWA and make the South City-II more presentable. Office bearers of RWA South City-II also assured the residents that they will leave no stone unturned to make South City II Gurgaon as a Model City of Gurgaon.The program was well appreciated by all residents and thanks the Sudha Society for arranging the Dance Day in their locality.
