Bollywood's heartthrob, actor Ranbir Kapoor refused to comment on the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena or MNS' threat  against his  upcoming new film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. The threat came after the attack in Uri on September 18.

MNS led by Raj Thackeray had threatened that they won't let the film release in Maharashtra as the film co-stars Pakistani actor Fawad Khan.

When the media asked his reaction, the actor said that  he can speak about my film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Other than this he did know anything about other rumors.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is directed by Karan Johar and will be released on next month. ADHM will see Fawad in a supporting role while Mahira Khan, the Pakistani actress  plays the lead role opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Raees.

MNS said that they wanted all Pakistani actors now working in Bollywood or Indian television to leave the country  within 48 hours.

MNS Chitrapat Sena chief Ameya Khopkar  said that  MNS calls upon all Pakistanis working in Indian film, teleserials,  and other shows to leave the country within 48 hours. If they fail to do so MNS shall deal with them in their  own style.

Director of the film  Karan Johar in an interview to NDTV said that If this was truly a solution, he  would take it. If  the film is targeted because of this, it will make him exceptionally sad because his intent was always to put out a creative product out of love and nothing else. They  are a creative industry. Please leave them alone. They make movies and spread the love.

While speaking on the sets of Dance Plus 2, the actor  said that he is happy with the reactions to the film. The film is  to be released on Diwali. Hope that this Diwali will be Ae Dil Ki Diwali said Ranbir.

Opposite Anushka Sharma  and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor plays one-third of a love triangle in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, while Fawad Khan's is an extended special appearance.
